Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mach VPN (“Mach”, “we”). By downloading or using the Mach VPN iOS application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

The App provides an encrypted VPN connection based on the WireGuard® protocol. A free tier is available with limited daily usage, limited locations, reduced speed, and advertising. The paid subscription (“Mach Pro”) removes ads and unlocks all locations at full speed. Service availability, locations and free-tier limits may change over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws of the jurisdictions you are subject to. You must not use the App to:

engage in any unlawful activity, including unauthorized access to systems or data;
send spam, distribute malware, or conduct network attacks of any kind;
infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights;
resell, rent or redistribute the service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate service for violations of this section. You are responsible for determining whether use of a VPN is lawful in your location; the App may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Mach Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID through the App Store.
Prices and available periods (e.g. weekly, monthly) are shown in the App before purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Free tier and ads

The free tier is supported by advertising and subject to daily time limits, speed limits and a limited set of locations. Watching a rewarded ad may extend free usage. Limits are described in the App and may be adjusted.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular speed or location.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service (in whole or in part) for violation of these Terms or where required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; material changes will be highlighted in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
